Our History

JVI Consult Ltd is one of the leading companies in Bulgaria in the field of trade with optical lenses, frames, sunglasses and equipment. Created in 1996г., the company starts its activity as a wholesale dealer of optical products. Later on, JVI Consult improves its business activities and enlarges the range of the products that offers.

Since 1997 JVI Consult has been the official distributor of Metzler, which is well-known in the optical market (offers eyeglasses as well as sunglasses) all over the world. Metzler company represents famous brands as Longines, Marc O`Polo, Metzler and other.

In 2001 JVI Consult becomes a representative for Bulgaria of the world known manufacturer INDO, Spain. INDO is one of the leaders in the field of optical lens production and manufacturing of optical equipment.

Recently, JVI ranks among the leaders of the Bulgarian optical market. Our customers are most of the optics in the country.

Some products for eyecare also take place in the range of the offered products.

In 2003 our company started and presented for first time at the Bulgarian market the unique solution for disinfection of all types of eyelenses Oftyll Mono Green, produced by the Italian company OMISAN Farmaceutici. This solution is 100% natural- due to its active ingredient cocoamphocarboxyglycinate, extracted from the acids of the coco fruit.
We offer also from 2007 the unique natural eye drops Sodyal and Oftylla.

Since 2003 JVI has widened its market orientation by enlarging the range of its products- we started offering high-class optical equipment, produced by Industrias De Optica (INDO), Spain and Shin-Nippon, Japan.
Since august 2003 the first sales of optical equipment have been made. The company maintains a demonstration room in Business Park Sofia.

Since 2005 and 2006 we have add to our portfolio the brands: Cerruti and Missoni produced by Italian company Allison, also Guess, Gant, Tommy Hilfiger and Harley Davidson of American producer VIVA International.

Since 2006 we have had the pleasure to offer the products of American company CooperVision- the world's largest contact lens makers and the world's number one manufacturer of soft toric lenses. Global leader in contact lens design, materials and manufacturing.

Since 2007 the eyeglass brands Sisley and United Colors of Benetton (produced by Allison) are offered by JVI again.

One great advantage of JVI Consult is its human capital, the people who work in the company and who handle with care all customers' problems. Our team consists of young and energetic people, who possess the needed qualification, experience, skills, knowledge and last but not least the best attitude towards customers.
